Aspri HR offers services as an agent that enables the legalisation of documents through apostille or notarisation. Aspri HR is not a law firm. Neither Aspri HR nor any of its employees are qualified to provide legal services or legal advice. You are advised to seek the advice of a qualified legal practitioner for all legal matters.
Client Relationship
Irrespective of whether you are our existing client or not, submitting your service enquiry through our online services and/or Website does not automatically create a consultant/adviser and client’s relationship, until and unless accepted and notified by us in writing/email. We reserve the right at our sole discretion not to reply to any query, or have any responsibility whatsoever to do so at any time. It is a fundamental term and condition of our engagement that we reserve our rights to discharge ourselves from our engagements with you at any time and for any reasons whatsoever, without any liabilities or responsibilities to you whatsoever against us. Notwithstanding, such discharge, we reserve all our rights to claim against you for all reasonable fees and disbursements for providing professional services to you, and a lien on all files, documents and papers relating to such matters until full settlement of such fees and disbursements.
Quotations
Any quotation provided by us to you at your request through the Website or emails or otherwise is strictly: subject to change without our prior notice; subject to errors (clerical, typographical or otherwise); subject to contract; and, confidential.
As all quotes are given to you in consideration of your agreement to keep such information confidential, you hereby warrant, undertake, and agree not to reveal, forward, copy or disclose our quotation (whether oral or written) to other personnel and for other corporate secretarial, business consulting and CPA firms in Singapore (directly or indirectly) without our prior written consent.
In requesting for our quotation, you warrant, undertake, and confirm that all information and particulars provided by you to us (in whatever form) are true, correct, and accurate, and you shall indemnify us for all losses and damage resulting from your providing false and/or inaccurate information.
Abortive Costs
Upon your engagement of our service by way of oral or written agreement and services or the work has commenced, if for any reason, you want to abort the work, Aspri HR would then retain a percentage of the invoiced amount that directly corresponds to the stage of work completed and any expenses incurred so far, or as a result of aborting the assignment, and shall refund the remaining balance to the client. In cases wherein payment has not yet been made, we would invoice you for our time and work done so far.
Additionally, if we have purchased items or ordered service in accordance with your instructions such as, but not limited to, courier service or, our production of a copy of the receipt or said item shall be deemed as conclusive evidence that we have purchased the item.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original contents, forms, web-forms, trademarks, trade names and/or graphics found on the Website belongs to Aspri HR.
All brand names, websites, domain names and product names (if any) referred to in the Website are trademarks or trade names or copyrights or such other rights (as the case may be) of their respective holders.
Reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is strictly prohibited.
